Ciara O'Byrne is an educator and Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist with a professional background in student wellbeing, additional educational needs and inclusive education.
Working directly with young people in secondary-school settings has provided Ciara with an understanding of the many pressures students can experience during examination years — not only academically, but socially and emotionally too.
The Student Wellbeing Guides were developed to bring these different areas together in one practical, accessible resource. They combine wellbeing support with organisation, study and revision strategies, while recognising that every student experiences school and learning differently.
At the heart of the guides is a simple aim:
to help young people feel supported, understood and better equipped to navigate their exam years.
